Waiver Acknowledgment
By registering for or participating in any workshop hosted by Ocean Rescue Alliance International (ORAI) at the Reef Discovery Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver associated with this workshop.
You understand that participation is voluntary and may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, allergic reactions, burns, accidents involving workshop materials or equipment, illness, or property damage.
By completing your registration, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Ocean Rescue Alliance International and Reef Discovery Center, together with its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, partners, agents, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the workshop, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the United States.
By registering, you acknowledge that this agreement is intended to constitute a binding waiver and release of liability, subject to applicable law.
